6:15 Gym - Treadmill-15 min, Bike- 15 min

7:15 Breakfast casserole

11:30 Veggie sticks

12:15 Legs, Abs

1:45 P.B.J sandwich, salad, veggie sticks, water

4:45 Fig newtons

6:45 Breakfast casserole, gatorade, banana

Much thanks to wifey for washing my dirty gym clothes and packing new clothes for me while I was asleep. Love ya!
